A man has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of a Muslim man in Camden, north London.

The Crown Prosecution Service authorised a charge of murder against Dylan Gan, 21, of Lithos Road, Camden. He is appearing at the Old Bailey today when the charge will be put to him.

The charge follows the death of 25-year-old Suleyman Nuh.

Police were called at 4:27pm on January 29 to reports of a stabbing on Alvanley Gardens, Camden.

Suleyman was taken to hospital in a critical condition. Doctors sadly pronounced him dead on February 6. His life support machines were switched off on February 9.

His family continue to be supported by officers.

In a tribute, Suleyman’s family said: “Suleyman was loved by everyone around him, he was incredibly social and eager to lend a helping hand. He will forever be remembered.”
