The Islamophobe and ex EDL leader Tommy Robinson has written a book called “Mohammed’s Koran” which bills itself as an explanation of the Muslim holy book “for the ordinary man or woman.”

Although few details are available about the book yet, which appears to be self-published and is due to go on sale on Amazon next week, Robinson says it will explain why “Muslims kill for Islam.”

He adds: “This is decoding the Koran. Putting it in chronological order.”

Robinson, who has no academic credentials or expertise on Islam and does not speak Arabic, is one of Britain’s most prominent critics of Islam and “Muslim extremists.”

He is the co founder and former spokesman and leader of the right-wing English Defence League. He led the EDL from 2009 until 8 October 2013, when he was persuaded to leave the organisation and discuss alternative ways of tackling extremism with the think tank Quilliam.

In 2015 he became involved with the development of Pegida UK, a British chapter of the German-based Pegida organisation,[6] presenting a stated purpose to counter the “Islamisation of our countries.”

On 28 November 2012, Robinson was charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit fraud by misrepresentation in relation to a mortgage application. He pleaded guilty to two charges and on 23 January 2014 was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
