Palestinians drag bodies across the street by rope, under Israeli sniper fire, outside Nasser Hospital in Gaza.
Witnesses say snipers are shooting at anything that moves in the area. Al Jazeera reported 21 civilians shot dead trying to reach the hospital on Friday.
A further seven people were killed and 14 others wounded by Israeli snipers surrounding Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza on Monday, according to the health ministry.
