Boycott Israeli dates this Ramadan

Massoud Shadjareh of the Islamic Human Rights Commission is urging British Muslims not to break their fasts this Ramadan with dates grown on stolen Palestinian land.

In this video he says that Israeli Mejdool dates are being sold in shops and bought by Muslims.

You can usually identify the country of origin by checking on the box but sometimes the packaging will not contain this information even though it should.

The only dates that the IHRC can confirm are produced by Palestinians on Palestinian land are produced by the Yaffa and Zaytoun companies.
