CAGE’s International Director, Muhammad Rabbani, was stopped by border police while flying back from the Middle East under Schedule 7 powers. They asked for his password and he declined. Now he’s being threatened with prison.
Mr Rabbani refused in order to protect crucial evidence in a torture case.
