ISIS has claimed responsibility for the deadly attacks in Paris, calling them “the first of the storm” and mocking France as a “capital of prostitution and obscenity,” according to statements released in multiple languages on one of the group’s encrypted messaging accounts.
The remarks came in a communiqué published in Arabic, English and French on the ISIS’s account on Telegram, a messaging platform, and then distributed via its supporters on Twitter.

ISIS STATEMENT
In the name of Allah the Most Merciful
Allah the highest said: “And they truly thought that their preparations would defend them against Allah. But Allah came to them when they least expected it and struck terror in their hearts. They abandoned their homes on their own volition in addition to pressure from the believers. Learn from this oh ye who are blessed with clear-sightedness.” Quran: Sura 59 verse 2.
In a blessed raid facilitated by Allah, a group of believers, soldiers of the Caliphate, upon whom Allah bestowed power and victory, targeted the capital of abominations and perversion – Paris, which flies the crusaders’ banner of in Europe.

A group of men divorced from this life down here below advanced upon their enemy, seeking death in the way of Allah, upholding his religion, his Prophet and his allies, and wishing to humiliate his enemies. They were Allah’s true believers, we consider them as such. By their hand Allah came victorious and threw fear in the hearts of the crusaders in their own land.

Eight brothers wearing explosive belts and carrying assault rifles targeted places in the heart of the French capital which had been carefully chosen in advance: the Stade de France [national stadium] during the match between two crusader teams, France and Germany which was attended by Imbecile of France, Francois Hollande; the Bataclan night club where hundreds of idolaters had gathered in a festival of perversity, as well as simultaneous attacks on other targets in the tenth, eleventh and eighteenth arrondissements [districts].
Paris trembled beneath their feet and surrendered her streets to them. The cost of these attacks is at least 200 dead crusaders and even more injured, worship and honour belong to Allah.
Allah eased the way for our brothers and granted them their dearest wish (martyrdom), they detonated their explosives belts in the midst of the sinners when they had used up all their ammunition. May Allah accept them among the martyrs and allow us to join them.
And France and those who follow her ways should know that they remain primary targets for the Islamic State and that they will continue to smell the stench of death for taking the lead in the crusade, for having insulted our Prophet, for bragging about combating Islam in France and their air strikes against Muslims in the land of the Caliphate which served no purpose in the stinking streets of Paris.
This attack is but the beginning of the storm and a warning for those who wish to think on this and take lessons from it.
