During a speech at the Students Not Suspects tour organised by the NUS Black Students Campaign, CAGE’s Moazzam Begg explains why the government’s PREVENT counter-extremism programme targets Muslims.
He says that PREVENT is forcing public sector workers to spy on Muslims and he says that Muslims who speak out against PREVENT will be demonised.
The speech was recorded at Goldsmith’s University last month.
