The Report – Special feature on British girls and the “Islamic State”

    The Report’s special feature sees journalist Yasmin Khatun ask what could make young British Muslim women leave their families to live under the “Islamic State” in Syria and Iraq?

    In order to find out Yasmin speaks to five teenage Muslim women to ask them their thoughts and looks into the case of 15-year-old Yusra Hussain from Bristol.

    Following the feature report, Talat Ahmed from the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB), Sheikh Shams Ad Duha of Ebrahim College and Dr Saleyha Ahsan, journalist & medical doctor discuss with John Rees.
