Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman Brigadier-General Yoav Mordechai delivers a Ramadan message to Muslims living in Israel and around the world. In his short speech he mentions that Ramadan “reminds us all of the values of coexistence, patience, love and peace”. Highlighting that it was the seventh anniversary of the Israel-Lebanon War, he states that Hezbollah “does not protect Lebanon but rather destroys it”. Muslims around the world are likely to be outraged by the message.
