Oxford Union debate: Was “justice” delivered over the Shamima Begum case?

Lawyer Mohammed Akunjee debates right-wing researcher Emma Web at Oxford Union on whether justice had been served over Shamima Begum.

Since the beginning of this year, Britain has been transfixed by the question of whether 15-year-old Shamima Begum, who went to Syria to live under ISIS, should be allowed to back in the UK. Did she forfeit her citizenship by deciding to support ISIS or should she have to face the British justice system? Has justice been done in the case of Shamima Begum?
