A pro-Palestine Muslim convert, Jody McIntyre, is battling Labour’s Jess Phillips for the key Birmingham seat in Yardley.
Phillips, who once said she would “knife Corbyn in the front”, could face a humiliating defeat as local Muslims look set to rebel against her over her alleged affiliation to Labour Friends of Israel lobby group.
