Maajid Nawaz calls for word “Islamophobia” to be scrapped

The Quilliam Foundation chairman Maajid Nawaz has called for the word “Islamophobia” to be scrapped on his LBC radio show.

Nawaz, who is widely disliked within the Muslim community because of his regular attacks on Islamic concepts and Muslims, argues that the word is a misnomer.
