Detectives are canvassing the surrounding streets of the incident for CCTV, a spokesman said on Tuesday.

Police would not comment on a potential motive for the killing but confirmed it was being treated as a homicide.
The University’s president issued a statement offering the student’s family in Saudi Arabia his condolences.
“Our thoughts go out to the family and friends of Hussain Saeed Alnahdi, as well as the entire UW-Stout campus community. It is difficult to find the right words in light of such of a tragedy, except to express our sorrow for all who knew Hussain.
“We thank the Menomonie Police Department as it continues its investigation and hope the perpetrator can be identified soon.”
