“Gentle giant” Rizwan Khan, 31, was surrounded by cops who relatives believe mistook him for a terrorist.
Terrified, Rizwan’s extreme learning difficulties meant he did not understand their orders for him to drop the “weapon” — which was his 99p silver toy pistol.
