VIDEO: Oxford Brookes Focus – Who are ISIS?

    Deputy editor of 5Pillarz, Dilly Hussain, delivers a lecture on the origin of ISIS at Oxford Brookes University. 

    Syrian human rights activist Ghias al-Jundi also spoke at the event entitled “Who are ISIS?”

    Dilly explains the geopolitical implications the growth of ISIS will have in the region and the role of Western military intervention, namely the US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003 and the Syrian civil war.
