5Pillars presents the much anticipated ‘Quiz a Muslim’ video, which sparked a lot of furore and discussion in the national press.
Deputy Editor of 5Pillars, Dilly Hussain, hosted the ‘Quiz a Muslim’ night in his hometown of Bedford on Friday 13th November 2015. Speakers included:
– Dr Haitham al-Haddad (Islamic Shariah Council UK)
– Shaykh Abdurraheem Green (Islamic Education and Research Academy)
– Taji Mustafa (Hizb-ut Tahrir)
– Moazzam Begg (CAGE)
– Shaykh Sulaiman Gani (IQRA TV)
– Adnan Rashid (Hittin Institute)
In the last hour of Quiz a Muslim, Dilly Hussain “grills the speakers” by challenging the panellists on previous statements made by them or their respective organisations.
The event was held at the Harpur Suite, Bedford Corn Exchange, and was attended by more than 240 people – both Muslims and non-Muslims.
